1. The petitioner, husband of respondent no.3 has approached court in criminal revision jurisdiction against order dated 30.4.2012 vide which a sum of Rs.5000/- has been awarded to the wife, Geeta, son and daughter, aged about 21 years and 14 years respectively. The revision has been filed after delay of one year, for which condonation has been sought.
2. On a query of the court, it has been admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that amount of maintenance has not been paid to the respondents.
3. Considering nature of relief, the matter cannot be entertained till such time the amount of maintenance is paid.
4. Let this case be listed, as and when a receipt is produced by the petitioner showing that the maintenance amount due towards the respondents is paid.
5. When the matter is next listed, this court expects the petitioner to bring to the court not only the receipt, but also the total amount received under V.R.S. Scheme by the petitioner to know his financial status.
