3.  Smt.Suman Srivastava , as identified by Sri Dharmraj Upadhyaya, Sub Inspector of Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Sultanpur, is present in court and states that she has no issues or objection to stay with her husband Pankaj Kumar Srivastava.  Parents of Pankaj, however, have been tormenting her and her husband, because the marriage was solemnized after love affair.
