1.  This petition has been filed with the allegations that the alleged detenue Nazima was kidnapped by respondent nos.5 to 8. A report in Police Station Krishna Nagar, Lucknow, was made, whereupon respondent nos.6, 7 and 8 were brought to Lucknow. The said respondents admitted that the alleged detenue is with respondent no.5 and would be brought back on 22.4.2013.

2. It has been alleged that a clear case of kidnapping/cognizable offence has been committed, but the F.I.R. has not been lodged. The detenue was not brought back on 22.4.2013. Despite making repeated complaints, no action has been taken by the police authorities.

3. The Senior Superintendent of Police (S.S.P.), Lucknow, is directed to file his affidavit as to under what circumstances, the police of Police Station Krishna Nagar, Lucknow, has ignored the complaint made by the deponent Jahid R/o Kesri Khera Fatak, P.S. Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow, dated 18.4.2013 and F.I.R. has not been lodged.

4. Let affidavit be filed on or before 13.5.2013, on which date Station House Officer, P.S. Krishna Nagar, Lucknow, shall remain present in court with affidavit of the S.S.P., Lucknow.

5.  List this case on 13.5.2013.

6.   Learned Government Advocate shall ensure compliance of this order.
