Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present Writ Petition and, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the statement made above, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that no liberty is being given to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action.
