This petition seeks initiation of proceedings under the Contempt of Courts' Act 1971 against the respondent-contemner for willful disobedience of judgment dated 18.3.2013 rendered in Writ Petition No.6833(SS) of 2004.

At this stage, issue notice only to respondent-contemner nos.2 and 3, returnable on 16.9.2013.

Sri S.A. Sabih, learned State Counsel, accepts notices on behalf of the said respondent-contemners, and prays for time to file counter affidavit/affidavit of compliance.

List on 16.9.2013.

Let counter affidavit be filed by the next date of listing.

It is made clear that in case the counter affidavit/affidavit of compliance is not filed before the next date of listing, costs amounting to Rs.5000/- (five thousand only) shall be imposed.

It is further made clear that in case the order is not complied with, the respondent-contemners shall be required to show cause as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts' Act be not initiated against them.
