        After some arguments, Sri Birendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states as the petitioner has got an alternative remedy of filing Appeal against the impugned order dated 27th June, 2013 whereby the licence of the petitioner in respect of the Fair Price Shop in question has been cancelled, the petitioner does not want to press the present Writ Petition, and therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue such remedy as may be available to the petitioner under law before appropriate forum for seeking appropriate reliefs for redressal of his alleged grievances as raised in the prsent Writ Petition. 

        In view of the statement made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed without prejudice to the right, if any, of the petitioner to pursue such remedy as may be available to the petitioner under law before appropriate forum for seeking appropriate reliefs for redressal of his alleged grievances as raised in the Writ Petition.
