This is second bail application with the same prayer. The earlier Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 18805 of 2013 moved by the applicants before this Court was dismissed as withdrawn by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ramesh Sinha vide His order dated 17.06.2013. I am of the view that this application may also be listed before the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ramesh Sinha.

Put up before the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ramesh Sinha after obtaining nomination from Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice/ Senior Judge, if possible, as fresh on 22.07.2013.
