HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD, LUCKNOW BENCH ?Court No. - 26 Case :- CONTEMPT No. - 1431 of 2013 Applicant :- Mahendra Kumar Gupta & 3 Ors. Opposite Party :- Dr. Rajneesh Dubey & 3 Ors. Counsel for Applicant :- Upendra Nath Mishra Hon'ble Ajai Lamba,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that order dated 18.6.2013 rendered in Writ Petition No.977 (SB)/2013 mandated the respondents to consider the claim of all the petitioners to promotion during meeting of Departmental Promotional Committee (D.P.C.). Claim of the petitioners, however, has not been considered.
It is further pointed out that some petitioners approached this court alleging contempt of order dated 18.6.2013, which petition was, however, disposed of on the statement made on behalf of the respondents on 05.7.2013. Statement, thus made, is also against facts.
Issue notice to respondent nos.1 and 2 at this stage.
Respondent no.2 is directed to remain present in Court on the next date of hearing alongwith the complete record to show to this court that all the petitioners in Writ Petition No.977 (SB) of 2013 were considered for promotion in deference to order dated 18.6.2013.
List on 19.7.2013.
Sri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for the State, has put in appearance for the respondents and shall ensure compliance of this order.
