Bench: Ajai Lamba

HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD, LUCKNOW BENCH

?Court No. - 26

Case :- CONTEMPT No. - 1195 of 2013

Applicant :- Atul Pandey

Opposite Party :- Bansh Gopal Maurya Secy.U.P. Secondary Edu.Service Selection

Counsel for Applicant :- Sharad Pathak

Hon'ble Ajai Lamba,J.

This petition seeks initiation of proceedings under the Contempt of Courts' Act 1971 against the respondent for willful obedience of order dated 04.1.2013 rendered in Writ Petition No.17(SS) of 2013.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent-contemnor to the effect that the case of the petitioner has been considered and consequently order dated 29.6.2013, Annexure CA-1, has been passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has reasonable apprehension that appropriate order would not be issued by the District Inspector of Schools, Ghaziabad allowing the petitioner to join.

Since the order of this Court has been substantially complied with, this petition is disposed of.

This Court trusts that the spirit of the order passed by this Court dated 04.1.2013 rendered in Writ Petition No.17(SS) of 2013 would be given due regard by the District Inspector of Schools, Ghaziabad.

Order Date :- 4.7.2013
