Applicant :- Rajesh Gupta And Another

Counsel for Applicant :- Sanjive Kumar Gupta

Counsel for Opposite Party :- Govt. Advocate

Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J.

Heard Sri Sanjive Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that due to inadvertent mistake in the order dated 23.5.2013 passed by this Court, in the last paragraph of the order, applicant No.2 has wrongly been transcribed in place of applicant No.1.

Let word "applicant No.2" which appears in the last line of last paragraph of the order dated 23.5.2013 be deleted, so as to be replaced by word "applicant No.1".

Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case,  applicant No.2, namely, Manish is granted two weeks' and no more time to surrender before the Court below in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 23.5.2013.

The order dated 23.5.2013  is accordingly corrected.

The correction application stands allowed.
