Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there is a status quo order in regard to the land of the petitioner, granted by this court vide order dated 16.9.2011 rendered in Writ Petition No.9211(MB) of 2011, and another order directing status quo to be maintained in regard to acquisition of the land  of the petitioner, as detailed in para 2 of the Contempt Petition vide order dated 02.7.2012 in Writ Petition No.35 (LA) of 2012 was also passed.  Despite the said orders, the respondent has taken possession of the land at issue. 

The above assertion has been made in the affidavit and an attempt has been made to establish the fact through documents, Annexure nos.11 to 14.

Issue notice to the respondent through Dasti Process and Registered A.D. Post, returnable on 22.7.2013.

Let the steps be filed within two days from today.
