The argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the S.O.C. had exchanged petitioner's plots with "bachat land", hence, only Gaon Sabha could challenge the order, respondent no. 3 who filed the revision had no right to challenge the said order.

Shri Azad Khan, learned counsel for respondent no.2, Gram Panchayat and Shri Aditya Misra, lerned counsel for respondent no. 3 Dukhi are directed to file counter-affidavit within one month, rejoinder-affidavit may be filed within one month thereafter.

List for admission after three months. 

Until next date of listing operation of order dated 21.10.2013 passed by D.D.C.  Faizabad in revision no.849 Dukhi vs. Akroo and others shall remain stayed and petitioners shall remain in possession over the land allotted to them by S.O.C. and they shall not have any concern with "bachat land" of plot no. 895 and 1027.  Petitioners are further restrained from alienating the property in dispute.
