On prayer made by Sri A. K. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, the case is directed to be put-up as fresh on 3rd September, 2013 so as to enable him to file Supplementary Affidavit annexing thereto, a Certified Copy of the complete Order-Sheet of the Appeal stated to have been filed by the petitioner before the Divisional Commissioner concerned.

In the meantime, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents may obtain instructions in the matter, particularly, in regard to the averments made in Paragraphs 8, 10 and 11 of the Writ Petition.
