Counter-affidavit has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has pointed out that by filing a misleading affidavit, the respondent-contemner namely Dr. Meera Pal, Principal, District Institute of Education and Training, Hardoi, has committed another contempt. Reason for not implementing the order of this Court as given in the affidavit, is that Government Order dated 20th of May, 2010 was issued, in view of which guest lecturer, who were required to be appointed, have been appointed.

Learned counsel has pointed out that Government Order dated 20th of May, 2010 has already been stayed by Allahabad High Court at Allahabad.

Let relevant fact be brought on record by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Let a copy of this order be conveyed to the respondent-contemner so that in case contempt is required to be purged, the needful is done by the next date of listing, or else the respondent-contemner shall be required to remain present in Court to show cause as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act be not initiated.
