Civil Misc. (Extension for Time) Application No. 202649 of 2013

        By the order dated 21st May, 2013, notice was directed to be issued on the Delay Condonation Application filed with the Appeal.

      The Office Report dated 24th July, 2013, Item No. I, shows that the learned counsel for the appellants has not taken steps for service on the respondents by Registered Post A.D. as per the direction given in the said Order dated 21st May, 2013 passed on the Delay Condonation Application.  

       The said Office Report further shows that some of the respondents are represented through their learned counsel.

        The aforementioned Time Extension Application has been filed, inter-alia, praying for grant of further time for taking requisite steps for Issuance of Notice pursuant to the Order dated 21st May, 2013 passed on the Delay Condonation Application.  An Affidavit has been filed in support of the aforementioned Time Extension Application.

        Having regard to the facts stated above and keeping in view the averments made in the aforementioned Time Extension Application and its supporting Affidavit ,the appellants are granted two weeks' further time for taking requisite steps for Issuance of Notice pursuant to the Order dated 21st May, 2013 passed on the Delay Condonation Application.

        Notices will be issued to the respondents, excepting those respondents who are already represented through their learned counsel as per the aforesaid Office Report dated 24th July, 2013, Item No. I. 

        Notices will be issued fixing on 30th September, 2013.

        List on 30th September, 2013.
