This writ petition was filed in the year 2004 and since its filing various orders have been passed from time to time. However, the order sheet on record is only from 2008.

It has been noticed that the office is not maintaining the order sheet in a proper manner and in a sequence.

Since, the order sheet from 2004 to 2008 is not available, Registrar to look into the matter and to submit an explanation by tomorrow ie. 26.4.2013 as to why the order sheet is not in place and arranged in a chronological order.

List this petition in the next week.

In the meantime learned Standing counsel may comply with the earlier order and may bring on record the same, failing which the head of the department would personally be summoned for non-compliance of the order of this Court.
