It is informed that Babbal Yadav in Criminal Appeal No. 6213 of 2011 has lost life in side jail.  Call for a report from the concerned authorities regarding  that within a period of 10 days positively.

Criminal Defective Appeal No. 199 of 2012  Chhattu Patel vs. State of U.P. is stated to beyond time by 139 days.  Since the appeal of Babbal Yadav was in time, and the judgment is identical therefore, we consider it appropriate to condone the delay of 139 days.  Delay condonation application, therefore is allowed.  Criminal Defective Appeal No. 199 of 2012 is taken to be a regular appeal.  

Office is directed to allot a regular number on this appeal.
