Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the District Inspector of Schools by the impugned order has found that the documents submitted by Sri Banshi Yadav was forged still he has attested the signature of Sri Banshi Yadav as Pradhanacharya and rejected the claim of the petitioner. He submitted that earlier the District Inspector of Schools vide its order dated 13.3.2006 had examined the case of the petitioner and found the appointment of the petitioner valid as Headmaster and attested the signature and since then the petitioner is working as a Principal till today.
Learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.
Issue notice to respondent nos. 3 and 4. The petitioner may take steps to serve the respondent nos. 3 and 4 by registered post.
All the respondents may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week thereafter.
List in the week commencing 20.5.2013.
Till the next date of listing, the operation of the order dated 7/8.3.2013 shall remain stayed.
