Learned Standing Counsel filed two counter affidavits on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3 and another against the supplementary affidavit, the same may be placed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed supplementary rejoinder affidavit in reply to the supplementary counter affidavit and also filed one counter affidavit to the affidavit filed by respondent no. 1. Both be placed on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks time to file rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavits filed by the Standing Counsel.
