Sri Virendra Kumar Yadav, learned Standing Counsel, states that he wrote a letter to the District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur, but no reply has been received.

In view of the above, let the case be listed 19.9.2012. On that day, District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur shall be present in the Court, in case if he is not able to file counter affidavit.
