It is the case of the petitioners that they are working in Traffic Police since last more than 10 years. They have not been repatriated to Civil Police/Armed Police. The respondent no. 4 is not permitting the petitioners to discharge their duties in Traffic Police.
On 19.10.2012, learned Standing Counsel was directed to seek instruction. Sri A.K. Singh, learned Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioners have been transferred from Armed Police, Chandauli to Armed Police, Ghazipur and have joined Police Lines on 20.5.2012. He, however, is not able to show any order by which the petitioners have been transferred from Traffic Police to Armed Police.
Let the respondents may explain that by which order the petitioners have been repatriated from Traffic Police to Civil Police/Armed Police. Let a counter affidavit be filed in this regard within three weeks.
