Respondent Smt. Salma Bano, as identified by her counsel Sri Syed Raza Mehdi, Advocate, is present in court and agrees to go for Mediation and Conciliation proceedings.

The court has been informed that in deference to order dated 25.9.2012 a deposit of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand only) has already been made by the husband.

In view of above, the parties shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this court on 06.11.2012. 

Out of the deposited amount, Rs.3000/-(Three thousand only) would be remitted in favour of Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this court and a sum of Rs.7,000/-(Seven thousand only) would be released in favour of respondent Smt. Salma Bano.

Let this case be listed after report is furnished by Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Interim order to continue till the next date of listing.
