Learned counsel for the revisionist prays for adjournment.

The order sheet reveals that this revision was first put up on 27.4.2009 before the Court. Another Bench of this Court passed order staying further proceedings of sessions trial pending before the Court below and thereafter the case was passed-over on a number of occasion either on the illness slip or on the request of learned counsel for the revisionist. Today again request for passing over the case has been made.
