Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

The petitioner prays for further investigation in Case Crime No. 282 of 2011, under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District Buland Shahar. Issuing such a direction is the function of the police or the Magistrate concerned. This writ Court cannot grant such a relief.

The writ petition has no merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
