The petitioner has challenged the order of the District Inspector of Schools dated 11.7.1990 by which he has refused to grant financial approval to the appointment of the petitioner on Class IV post. The applicant is already working as Class IV employee.

The contention of the applicant is that in case if the petitioner's case of promotion would be considered the applicant's right of promotion would not be affected. In the present writ petition, there is no dispute about the promotion and, therefore, the impleadment application cannot be entertained.

The application is accordingly rejected. The rejection of this application will not effect the right of the applicant to challenge the promotion.
