This criminal revision is against the judgment and order dated 5.8.1992 passed in Sessions Trial No.132 of 1991 State Vs. Kabildev and others under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 IPC, police station Nagar District Basti.

This revision is for enhancement of of sentence. It is disclosed that against the said judgment and order a Criminal Appeal No.1445 of 1992 has also been filed by the accused persons. The record of the said criminal appeal is connected with this revision.

In view of above, office is directed to list this revision along with the said Criminal Appeal No.1445 of 1992 before appropriate Bench on 23.11.2012.
