Against the judgment and order dated 5.5.1990 passed in Sessions Trial No.597 of 1988 and Sessions Trial No.596 of 1988, a Criminal Appeal No.998 of 1990 has also been filed by one Ram Narain, co-accused who was convicted in the aforesaid session trials.

In view of above, list this revision along with the records of Criminal Appeal No.998 of 1990 before appropriate Bench on 20.11.2012.
