Issue notices on delay condonation application to private opposite party no.2 by RPAD. Steps be take within ten days.

Counter affidavit may be filed within three weeks from the date of receipt of notice. Learned AGA may also file counter affidavit within the said period. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
