Correction Application

The District "Bulandhshar" occurring after the words "District Inspector of Schools" in the last paragraph of the judgment dated 20.09.2012 is directed to be deleted and in its place the district "Moradabad" is directed to be substituted. To the above extent, correction application stands allowed.
