It appears that Sri Ram Agya Kumar has been transferred from the post of District Inspector of Schools, Bulandshahar to the Vice Principal DIET and now posted as District Inspector of Schools, Deoria. In his place Sri Ashutosh Bhardwaj is now the District Inspector of Schools, Bulandshahar.

Let the petitioner may implead Sri Ashutosh Bhardwaj the District Inspector of Schools, Bulandshahar as respondent no. 2. Issue notice to respondent no. 2. The petitioner is directed to serve the notice upon Sri Ashutosh Bhardwaj the District Inspector of Schools, Bulandshahar by dasti summon.
