After some arguments, Shri Shailendra Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to the petitioner under law before appropriate Forum for seeking appropriate reliefs for redressal of his alleged grievances as raised in the present Writ Petition, and therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present Writ Petition, and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue such remedy as may be available to the petitioner under law before appropriate Forum for seeking appropriate reliefs in regard to his alleged grievances as raised in the Writ Petition.
In view of the statement made above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue such remedy as may be available to the petitioner under law before appropriate Forum for seeking appropriate reliefs in regard to his alleged grievances as raised in the present Writ Petition.
