It is contended on behalf of the accused applicant that co-accused Smt. Sudama Devi has been granted bail by Hon. Mr. Surendra Kumar, J. vide order dated 27.07.2012 and the case of the present accused applicant Jhinkoo Singh @ Sunnel is at par with the case of co-accused Smt. Sudama Devi. In my opinion, this bail application should also be placed before the same Bench.

The case is released.
