The judgment dated 30.11.2011 will stand corrected as follows-

In 1st line of 3rd paragraph of page no. 1 of the judgment, 'Original Suit No. 70 of 1998' should be read as ''Original Suit No. 70 of 1988'.

In 3rd line of 3rd paragraph of page no. 1 of the judgment, date '24.03.1998' should be read as '30.05.1986'.
