Office has reported that sum of Rs.1,09,35,000/- is payable towards court fee.

This is an application on behalf of the petitioner to direct the banks, namely, Branch Manager, State of Bank of India, Main Branch, Allahabad, Branch Manager, State Bank of Patiala, Civil Lines, Allahabad and Branch Manager, Allahabad, Allahabad Bank, Kanpur Road, Allahabad that sums mentioned in para-6 of the affidavit be remitted to the Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad for part payment of court fee. Further allegation in para-7 of the affidavit is that applicant has got Rs.19,33,842/- balance amount for payment of court fee.

Application is allowed.

The details of account numbers and amount available with the aforesaid three banks are given in para-6 of the affidavit.

For the sake of convenience, the contents of para-6 are reproduced below:

"6. That the deponent submits that directions may kindly be issued by this Hon'ble Court to the Branch Managers of the following banks names of which are being given below along with account numbers and the amount available therein -

The Branch Manager, State of Bank of India, Main Branch, Allahabad, Branch Manager, State Bank of Patiala, Civil Lines, Allahabad and Branch Manager, Allahabad, Allahabad Bank, Kanpur Road, Allahabad are directed to remit the aforesaid amount to Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad who may purchase the court fee out of said amount, within a period of one month.

The petitioner is required to serve copy of this order to the respective banks personally for compliance.
