Shri Lalit Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel put in appearance on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 and 2.
Shri Shukla submits that order of Writ Court has been complied with subject to the order passed in Special Leave Petition filed against the order of Writ Court. The copy of the order dated 22.05.2012 passed by the Principal Secretary, Higher Education, Government of U.P. has been placed, which is taken on record.
In view of the fact that the order of Writ Court has been complied with subject to the decision of the Special Leave Petition, no case for contempt is made out.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
