Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

This application has been filed with a prayer to set aside the order dated 19.1.2005 passed by learned Addl. J.M., Court No. 2 Lakhimpur Kheeri  in Misc. case No. 48 of 2004 whereby the application  filed by the applicant against the order passed by learned Magistrate concerned granting the maintenance allowance has been rejected. The Criminal Misc. Application No. 1548 of 2000 filed by the revisionist against the order granting the maintenance allowance and order passsed by the revisional court dismissing the revision filed by the applicant has been dismissed today. There is no ground to interfere in the order dated 19.1.2005. The order dated 19.1.2005 is perfect order, it does not require any interference. The prayer for quashing the same is refused.

Accordingly this application is disposed of.
