Perusal of the report indicates that mediation has been completed and parties have entered into compromise.

In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the arrest of the petitioners shall remain stayed till conclusion of investigation.

However, parties are directed to produce the compromise letter before the Magistrate concerned within ten days from today, who will inform the Investigating Officer of Case Crime No.38 of 2011, police station Mahila Thana, District Lucknow about the compromise entered into between the parties.
