In the present case, petitioner has not been accepted as member of the general body of the society in the finding so recorded in the impugned order. In the entire body of writ petition no fact has been disclosed as to how he had been inducted as member and who were responsible for inducting him as member of the general body of the society in terms of  Section 15 of the Societies Registration  Act, 1860. As writ petition is completely silent on this score, confronted with this situation, Sri S.P. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, requests that this petition be adjourned for the day and reasonable time be accorded to him to bring on record the required particulars through supplementary affidavit.

Request made is accepted. Three days' time is accorded to the learned counsel for the petitioner for the said purpose. Put up this case in computer list on Wednesday next.
