This revision has been filed against the order dated 29.5.2002 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge/ FTC-4, Sitapur in S.T. No. 568 of 2001 whereby the revisionist has been summoned to face the trial in exercise of powers conferred under section 319 Cr.P.C.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the revisionist has been summoned by the trial court after perusing the examination-in-chief of P.W. 1. According to his statement the role of exhortation is assigned to revisionist. According to his statement the revisionist was actively involved in commission of the alleged offence and the prima facie cognizable offence is made out against him. The trial court has not committed any error in passing the impugned order dated 29.5.2002. The prayer for quashing the same is refused.
The interim order if any is hereby vacated.
Accordingly this revision is dismissed.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to learned Sessions Judge, Sitapur forthwith for the compliance.
