Heard learned counsel for Sri Kashi Ram, who moved an application for impleadment having application No. 6028(w) of 1999 in this writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State also.

It has been submitted on behalf of Sri Kashi Ram that shop of  fair price which was allotted to the petitioner, after its cancellation allotted to him. Therefore, Sri Kashi Ram requested for impleadment in this writ petition as respondent.

Considering the nature of allegations and also facts and circumstances of the case the application for impleadment is allowed.

The petitioner is directed to make necessary amendment in array of the parties within 15 days.

Thereafter, newly added Opposite Party may file counter affidavit within four weeks and rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed by the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

List thereafter for final hearing.
