Learned standing counsel has accepted notices on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 3.

Issue notice to the respondent nos. 4 and 5 fixing 16.7.2012. Steps be taken within a week.

The respondents may file counter affidavit by the next date fixed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both petitioners are major and they have married on their own free will. In support of her age, the petitioner no.1 has filed the High School Certificate according to which she is more than 18 years of age.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has offered that the petitioner no. 2, Ravi Seth is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- in the name of Petitioner no. 1 (Smt. Pragya Devi) in  fixed deposit of  nationalised bank with the condition that the said amount shall not be encashed before three years except with the permission of the Court. The deposit shall be made by the petitioner no. 2 in the name of petitioner no.1 in a Nationalised Bank with the aforesaid condition as noted above within one month from today. The petitioner shall file the photostat copy of the fixed deposit the receipt by the next date fixed.

List on 16.7.2012.

Till the next date of listing, unless any F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioners it is expected that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.
