    Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

    Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the stolen electricity wire is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant and the applicant is languishing in jail since 23.7.2010.

    Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the applicant has a criminal history.

    The applicant is in jail for the last more than 20 months.

    Keeping in view the period of detention, there are sufficient grounds to enlarge the applicant on bail.

   Let applicant Jairam Kori involved in case crime no.976 2010 under Sections 136, 136 (2), 137 Electricity Act and Sections 379, 411 I.P.C. pertaining to Police Station Kavrai, District Mahoba be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned with the following conditions :

   (a) The applicant shall attend the court according to the conditions of the bond executed by him ; and

   (b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
