Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Prayer for bail has been made by appellants, namely, Krishna Mangal Singh, Magru, Sunder Singh and Shiv Kumar @ Kallu Singh, who have been convicted under sections 302/34 and 307/34 I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo maximum sentence of life imprisonment with total fine of Rs. 15,000/- each by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 6, Sitapur, in Sessions Trial No. 536/02, arising out of case Crime No. 131/02, P.S. Sandana, District - Sitapur.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants occurrence took place at 7.30 PM before the office of Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Ltd., Gadheria. Accused-appellant Krishna Mangal Singh has criminal history of 11 cases to his miscredit.

Considering the role of the accused-appellants, we are of the opinion that the appellants are not entitled to be released on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
