Heard Sri Rajul Bhargava, learned counsel for the appellants and the learned A.G.A.

This is second short term bail application. The first bail application has been filed with a prayer that the appellant no.2 Sukhbeer  may be permitted to attend the marriage of his daughter Km. Sandhya, which is scheduled on 12.5.2012.The learned A.G. A. has not received any instructions in this regard.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, it is directed that the appellant no.2 Sukhbeer shall be permitted to attend the marriage of his daughter, which is scheduled on 12.5.2012 in police custody on furnishing personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Ghaziabad in case crime no.584 of 1990(S.T. No. 930 of 2000) under sections 353/34,376 I.P.C. P.S. Sahibabad district Ghaziabad. The appellant No. 2 Sukhbeer  shall be taken back to the court of C.J.M. Ghaziabad by the police on 15.5.2012, who shall send him to jail.

Accordingly this application is disposed of.
