Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Prayer for bail has been made by appellants in aforementioned criminal appeals. In Criminal Appeal No. 449 of 2012,   the appellant Atal Behari  and in Criminal Appeal No. 249 of 2012, the appellant Smt. Geeta have been convicted under section 304B I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment  each by Additional  District & Sessions Judge,  Court No.10, Gonda, in Session Trial No. 254/93, arising out of case Crime No.114/92, P.S. Katra Bajar, District - Gonda.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that the prosecution witnesses have not supported the prosecution story and the appellants have been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the role assigned to the appellants, no case for bail is made out. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

Office is directed to prepare paper book and list the appeal for final hearing in the month of August, 2012.
