On the matter being taken up today, Sri Manu Saxena, Advocate, appearing for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 before this Court, made a mention that at present there is no Executive Officer at Nagar Palika Parishad, Khurja, District Bulandhsahr and requests that this matter may be taken after ten days and by the next date fixed, he would ensure that requisite action is taken in case any person is appointed as Executive Officer.
