There are two other suits in respect of the property in suit, being O.S. No. 264 of 1988 and O.S. No. 654 of 2001;

 In O.S. No. 264 of 1988, respondent nos. 1 and 2 are also parties and in this suit there is an order of status quo.

Till further orders of the Court, operation of the order dated 15.3.2012, passed by Addl. Civil Judge (S.D.), Court No. 2, Aligarh in O.S. No. 42 of 2010: Smt. Vimlesh Gautam and others Vs. Bhawani Shankar and others on the interim injunction application no. 7-C2 shall remain stayed, and the parties shall abide by the order in the O.S. No. 264 of 1988
