Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Prayer for bail has been made by appellants in aforementioned criminal appeals. In Criminal Appeal No. 438 of 2012,   the appellant Babban Yadav  and in Criminal Appeal No. 130 of 2012, the appellants Ram Kewal Yadav and Jagdish Yadav have been convicted under section 302/34,  and 352 I.P.C.  and sentenced to undergo maximum  sentence of life imprisonment with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- each by Additional  Sessions Judge,  Court No.11, Gonda, in Session Trial No. 253/2009, arising out of case Crime No.249/2009, P.S. Karnailganj, District - Gonda.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that findings of the learned Trial Court are perverse. It is further submitted that due to previous enmity appellants have been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Pending  appeals, appellants, namely, Babban Yadav, Ram Kewal Yadav and Jagdish Yadav, convicted in aforementioned case, shall be released on bail on their executing bonds and furnishing two sureties each of like amount  to the satisfaction of the court concerned.

Till further order realization of fine, if any, shall also remain stayed.
