Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Prayer for bail has been made by appellants in aforementioned criminal appeals. In Criminal Appeal No. 179 of 2010, the appellants Ram Lalak and Ram Achal and in Criminal Appeal No. 199 of 2010, the appellants Ram Suresh and Raj Kumar have been convicted under sections 323/34, 324/34,325/34 and 302/34 I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo maximum life imprisonment with total fine of Rs. 15,000/- each by Additional Sessions Judge, Faizabad, Court No. 1, in Sessions Trial No. 167/01, arising out of case Crime No. 2/2001, P.S. Inayat Nagar, District - Faizabad.
Considering the role of the accused-appellants, we are of the opinion that the appellants are not entitled to be released on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
Office is directed to prepare paper book and list the appeal for final hearing.
