Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 

 The contention  on  behalf of  the  applicant is that  the applicant has been implicated under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster  and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986 on account  of  involvement  in case crime No. 162 of 2011, under section 395, 412 I.P.C; Case Crime No.232 of 2011, under section 307 I.P.C; and case Crime No.233 of 2011, under section 25 Arms Act. It has been  contended  that the applicant  has been granted bail in  all the aforesaid  cases

Learned A.G.A  opposed the bail, but could not dispute the aforesaid contention. 

Considering  the fact and circumstances of the case, without  expressing  any opinion on the merits of the case, I find  it to be a fit case for bail.

Let the applicant  Munazir involved in case crime No.117 of 2012, under section 3 (1) U.P. Gangster  and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act,  Police Station  Noorpur, District Bijnor be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond  with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
